All payments are handled by either Shopify Payments, or PayPal. VAT is included for orders within European Union. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders outside the European Union.
Our website does not store or transfer any credit card information. Shopify Payments and PayPal handle card information and use technology that allows the identification of the cardholder, and both meet the requirements of the PCI DSS and CAS and utilize PCI-secured payments.
Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. There is no extra charge for card payments unless the customer’s bank charges a fee to the customer. When paying by credit / debit card starting conditions apply as soon as the card transaction is approved. If no payment has been received after submitting your order, we may automatically cancel your order.

Promo codes should be entered during the checkout process to be valid. Attempting to add a promo code after purchase will not be honored.
Once we have received your order, we will send an electronic invoice to your e-mail address as a confirmation of your purchase. It is important that you enter the correct email address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email as it serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.
DELIVERY AND TAXES
Although we strive to provide world-wide shipping, there are few limitations. Delivery time depends on the country, as well as the location. An order that is shipped to a rural location may take longer than an order that is shipped to an urban area. For more information regarding delivery limitations and indicative delivery times please check our delivery policy.
The warranty for our products is 24 months for watches and 12 months for jewellery from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects on the watch itself (movement, case, crystal, clasp).
Please note that the warranty does not cover:
- The life of the watch battery;
- Normal wear and tear and ageing (e.g. scratched crystal and glass; alteration of the colour and/or material of non-metallic straps and chains, such as leather, plastic, textile, velcro; peeling of the plating);
- Any damage on any part of the watch (case or strap) resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch, and non-observance of the use directions provided by Emily Westwood;
- Indirect or consequential damages of any kind resulting from e.g. the use, the non-functioning, the defects, or the inaccuracy of the Emily Westwood watch;
- The Emily Westwood products handled by non-authorized persons (e.g. for battery replacement, services, or repairs) or which undergoes alterations in its original condition beyond Emily Westwood e.g. for damages additional to the above-described guarantee is expressly excluded except mandatory statutory rights the purchaser may have against the manufacturer.
To have replacement covered under this warranty performed, please use our contact form in the email. Please, specify your name, address, order number, or purchase documents and a detailed description of the issue.
The case, dial, hands, crystal, watch strap, or other parts therefore may be replaced with substitutes if the originals are not available.
You have the right to cancel purchases and return delivered goods by contacting our customer service within 30 days from receiving the goods. Goods must be unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. However, the customer is responsible for the risk for transporting the returned goods to Emily Westwood. In cases, you as a customer believe that the delivery is delayed in such a way that you no longer wish to fulfill the order, it is your responsibility to cancel the order. In cases where the order has been dispatched, the customer is required to receive the order. Cancellation is not valid until the customer has confirmed with Emily Westwood by email. If a product has been discontinued, Emily Westwood has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer. Emily Westwood will notify the customer of a replacement or equivalent products if available.
It is important that you as a customer carefully check your goods / products when you receive your shipment in order to verify that the products are not damaged and correct. If your product is damaged or does not match the one you ordered, you shall contact us within 30 days from receiving the product.
Any complaints shall be made to our customer service through our contact form.
Please supply the order number and the reason for complaint and we will get back to you shortly. Defective products returned to Emily Westwood should be treated as if they were faultless. It is in all types of returns extremely important that the product is packaged in such a way that it cannot be damaged during transit.
Emily Westwood has the right to replace defective goods with goods of the same model. If the item has been discontinued, the customer will receive a full refund (delivery taxes are not refundable).
The www.emilywestwood.com website may include user generated content, for example social media applications. Emily Westwood does not claim any ownership in rights in such content (images, photos and videos etc.) and take no legal responsibility for it.
